These young and vibrant women are focused on empowering girls and women of all ages to become powerful figures who can lead and make an impact in their role, work environment and industry. Motivating them to create a demand for female leaders, as well as creating opportunities for self-benefit and for the future generations, thereby eliminating the gender disparity.
